Attire
Comfort Code: At Stout, we trust you to make a judgment call on your work attire. Stout encourages all colleagues to dress in a manner that allows them to be most productive, as long as it is not distracting or offensive to others. Jeans and business casual tops are most common.
Clothing you would wear exercising, at a dance club, or to the beach are not suitable for the workplace.

Day 1 Arrival Time
While your first meeting will begin at 9:00am (local time), we recommend arriving to our offices by 8:45am to ensure you have time to check in with building security (if required) and obtain any equipment needed to access our suites.

In-Office vs. Remote Work Schedule
With Stout's new, flexible Work Your Way Program, there may be an opportunity for our Interns to work a partially remote schedule. Your Intern Lead and Manager will discuss your team's in-office schedule with you during your first week.
Zoom Meetings
You will be required to join several Zoom meetings throughout the Internship Program. To ensure the best Zoom experience, please review the best practices and Zoom feature list below. We encourage you to join all Zoom sessions with your video turned on, as the Stout team plans to do so as well.
